What TruWage is
TruWage checks a pay stub against the wage law where the worker is employed. It runs ten checks: hours, gross pay math, minimum wage, the tip credit, overtime, missed-break premiums, deductions, tip pools, service charges, and Social Security and Medicare withholding. When something is short it shows the dollar amount, the rule, and a link to the rule's source, and writes a polite note the worker can send to payroll.
